Attention Vampire Knight fans!

Wed Jul 29, 2009, 1:20 AM
Viz Media announced it had acquired the license for the Vampire Knight anime and would begin releasing it to DVD in 2010.

The moment I watched the anime last year, I always had a hunch that VIZ would license the anime adaption. Turns out that I was right and my prediction finally came true!

I hope I'm not the only one who is anxious to see it in English. Although, it would be awesome if VIZ would dub the opening and ending song. But that will probably never happen because FUNimation did have the english version of openings and endings on a few show. Examples, Fruits Basket, Ouran High School Host Club, and One Piece. (which is all I can think of at the moment)
I can easily imagine some of the Naruto character's voice on the Vampire Knight characters. If anyone wants to comment on this, feel free to agree or disagree on whatever you like. I don't really care. I'm just really happy that Vampire Knight will come out on DVD next year. YAY!

XD Wow, Mel-chan! Are you psychic? :0

I wonder if they're gonna use Laura Bailey for any of the characters...

Apparently yes. But any predictions of the future will just come out of the blue.
Like I predicted that Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) might be licensed by FUNimation and I went to a voting poll on their website and it seems that it was one of their choice, I have a feeling it would be one their future anime to release but it's not confirmed or anything. Even other anime like, they seem interested in re-dubbing the entire Sailor Moon series.

Not so sure if Laura Bailey will voice one of the characters but we'll have to wait and see on which recording studio will dub the anime.
